PORTION SIZES

Please take care with portion sizes as this varies depending on who you ask!  I would say that mine are fairly conservative as I like to make sure everybody gets a good sized piece, but this can make other suppliers seem cheaper as they supply less cake for apparently the same number of portions which reduces the price that you pay them.
