                                     All cakes are made from the finest ingredients which are sourced

                            locally and include fairtrade / free-range items.

                                                                                                                 

     I do all my own baking and do not use catering mixes.  All cakes are  baked fresh

    to order to ensure maximum taste and freshness - I do not freeze cakes. 

Please specify any dietary / allergy requirements so that these can catered for accordingly.

You can choose from any combination of flavours and fillings - I am happy to give advice if required.  If you do not see the flavour you want please ask - I am always adding new ones!

Fruit cakes are covered in marzipan prior to icing.
